Review

I would like to thank the author for providing me with an advance copy of Smash & Grab for an honest review.

Smash & Grab has action, romance, and that thrilling sense of danger. I liked that Amy decided to write something different then her last 2 books, although I have to say those still have a special place in my heart!!! This had some great under tones and many layers.

Lexi and her adrenaline junkie crew love pushing things to the edge. Lexi’s father has just been arrested for fraud and laundering. Lexi believes he was set up and is not the only one responsible. She is determined to get to the bottom of what really happened.

Christian and his crew rob banks. They try to make sure to keep a set of rules that keeps them from getting caught. When he meets Lexi things start to get complicated and personal feelings could get him in trouble.

Why is Christian robbing banks? Will Lexi find the answers she is looking for? Can Lexi and Christian help each other or will they put the other at risk? You have to read this book to find out!

Smash & Grab is different then anything I have read in awhile and I liked that. It is a fun read! There were a few slower moments and then really  action packed scenes, so pacing through out the book was sometimes a little bit of an issue for me. That was my only minor complaint. I loved the chemistry, the plot, the friendships, and the West Side story feel. I would definitely recommend Smash & Grab and give it 4 out of 5 stars.

  1. The most daring thing I’ve ever done is wrap a python over my shoulders and hold it during an animal presentation at the library. The most dangerous thing I want to do is zip line across a mountain gorge.
