When he rescues a drowning woman in the ocean, she’s more than what she appears. She promises to help him find the key to destroying all of sirenkind for good—But can he trust her? And just how many deals will Elian have to barter to eliminate mankind’s greatest enemy?

Morgan’s Review

I would like to thank the publisher for providing me with an advanced reader copy of To Kill A Kingdom for an honest review.

To Kill A Kingdom is a dark sea adventure full of adventure, betrayal and romance! I loved that the world-building and strength of the characters was what shined in this story. I really loved this book and am a huge fan of sea adventures.

Lira has only known one way of life and that is the one her mom has taught her, to hunt human prince hearts for each year she has lived. As a siren princess she is expected to follow in her mothers steps and become the Sea Queen. She expects her to show no human qualities and to follow her rules. When Lira breaks her rules and is sentenced for them in a way she doesn’t know how to deal with, she truly will be tested.

Elian is a prince but has always been drawn more to the sea and being a pirate. He has a mission to make sure that sirens do not hurt anymore of his kind. One day he spots a woman in the water and decides to save her but her wildness makes him question where she really came from.

Can Lira find her way back home? Will Elian pay a costly price for helping Lira? You have to read to find out!

To Kill A Kingdom is a fast page turner, that you will not want to put down! The only reason I did not give this book 5 stars was because I was sad it ended and wanted a little more, but honestly this really is a great standalone that does not leave you hanging. I would definitely recommend and I am giving it 4.5 out 5 stars.

Alexandra Christo.jpgAbout Author:

Alexandra Christo decided to write books when she was four and her teacher told her she couldn’t be a fairy. She has a BA in Creative Writing and works as a copywriter in London, both of which make her sound more grown up than she feels. When she’s not busy making up stories, she can be found buying far too many cushions and organizing food crawls all over the city.

Alexandra currently lives in Hertfordshire with an abundance of cacti (because they’re the only plants she can keep alive).
